I have improved the user experience to several webpages for Trotman Auto Group dealerships.

Project Details

Before letting my creativity run-wild, I analyzed the user behavior flows and key traffic metrics of respective pages, to create wireframes which outlined the best user interface fitted for the majority of web visitors to the page in question. I then developed prototypes which applied visual elements and presented them to stakeholders for approval/buy-in. Then I developed the webpages in WordPress and applied the right SEO elements such as: 301 redirects, canonical tags, and structured data markups.

Results

Decreased bounce-rates for new visitors and increased leads captured.
